Terms of Service

These terms cover snappsapps.com, SNAPPS Checkout and the paid plans sold through it. They are an agreement between you and SNAPPS APPS 902 Inc., Edmonton, Alberta, Canada ("we", "us"). Each app (like SNAP7) may also have its own terms for how the app itself is used — if the two ever disagree about an app's features, the app's own terms apply.

Your account

You need an account in the app you're upgrading. Keep your login safe — you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. You're charged when you sign up and then on the same day each month until you cancel.
• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Customers in the US are billed in US dollars. Your plan always renews in the currency you signed up in.
• If a payment fails, we try again over the next few days and email you. If it still can't be collected, your plan is paused — nothing is deleted, and paying switches it back on.
• If we ever change a price, we'll tell you by email before it applies to you. Founding members keep their locked price for as long as their plan stays active.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see your full card or bank numbers.

Cancelling

Cancel any time at snappsapps.com/billing (or in PayPal, if you paid with PayPal). You keep your plan until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. See our refund policy for refunds.

Your content

You own everything you create and upload. You give us permission only to store it and to post or process it where and when you tell our apps to. You're responsible for having the rights to what you post, including music, images and video.

Fair use

Don't use our apps to break the law, spam people, post content you don't have rights to, harass anyone, or try to break or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do. Plans include the monthly limits shown on our plans page.

Our apps and changes

We work hard to keep everything running, but apps can have downtime or bugs, and the social platforms we connect to can change their own rules. We may improve, change or retire features over time; if a change takes away something you paid for, we'll make it right.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not responsible for indirect losses, like lost followers, sales or bookings. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
